ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would, in all fairness, submit that, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was convicted on 01.12.2022 in Crl.A.No.562 of 2021.
2. In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner for revocation of the suspension does not survive for consideration. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
