ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “Directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioners representation dated 10.09.2026, seeking furnishing of the relevant documents, extension of time for filing objection /claims and an opportunity of personal hearing.”
2. In the representation dated 10.09.2026, the petitioner has requested the issuance of the following documents:-
(i) Copy of Government Order -G.O;
(ii) Detailed Structural & Alignment Plan Map;
(iii) Sub-Division FMB Sketch;
(iv) Guideline & Market Value Fixation Report;
(v) Valuation Report for Structure and Trees; and
(vi) Requisition Letter from Railway Authorities.
3. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader has handed over the documents at Serial Nos.(i) and (vi) to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. As regards the document at Serial No.(ii), it is her contention that the same is not available with respondents 1 to 3 and is available only with the

Railways. As regards the documents at Serial Nos.(iii) to (v), she would submit that the stage has not yet arisen either for sub-division or for fixation of the Guideline and Market Value. However, she would undertake to furnish copies of the said documents as and when the same are finalised.
5. Recording the above submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit his objections to the notification dated 17.08.2026 within a period of two weeks from today.
