ORDER
By interim order dated 22.07.2026, this Court granted an interim stay on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the demand of Rs.31,95,337/- on or before 05.08.2026. Time for compliance was extended by a period of 30 days by order dated 01.09.2026. The petitioner has not complied with the conditional order as on date.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a further 10 days for compliance. The requested extension of time is granted, subject to the condition that no further extensions will be granted and all consequences will follow in case of default. 05-10-2026 PKN
