ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.32633 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025 has not been complied with.
2. Mr.P.F.Ferlin Castro, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.32633 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025 has been complied with. He has also placed a proceedings dated 01.10.2026 before this Court to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same.
3.
