ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.9659 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Madurai Corporation submits that the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.9659 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 has been complied with and the request of the petitioner has been rejected, by proceedings dated 30.09.2026. A copy of the proceedings dated 30.09.2026 has been placed before this Court to that effect and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.
