This writ petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.8188 of 2026, dated 27.03.2026 has not been complied with.
2. Mr.P.F.Ferlin Castro, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent and submits that the above order of this Court has been complied with and the eligible amount has been settled to this petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some accommodation to ascertain the same.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, this contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the contempt, in the event, if the amount has not __________
