ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4414 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026.
2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Sivasubramanian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and submits that, as against the orders of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.4414 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has preferred a Writ Appeal before the Division Bench in W.A. (MD)No.1183 of 2026 and the same has also been entertained by the Division Bench, and an order of interim stay was granted in C.M.P.(MD)No. 9968 of 2026, dated 04.08.2026. A copy of the order is also placed before this Court.
3. Since the matter has been seized of by the Division Bench, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, based on the outcome of the Writ Appeal before the Division Bench. 01.10.2026 Speaking / Non-speaking order Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No mbi
