ORDER
Today, the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, since there was no representation on the side of the petitioners yesterday. The matter was posted for final hearing, in fact, the matter was listed under the caption ‘for orders’ at the request of the counsel for the revision petitioners on 11.09.2026.
2. Today, however Mr.Aswin, representing Mr.S.V.Udhayakumar, learned counsel on record, states that the petitioners have taken change of vakalat from the counsel a few weeks back. The petitioners are aware of the fact that the matter was listed under the caption ‘for orders’ on 18.09.2026 and thereafter, it has been listed again on 30.09.2026 and therefore, it is clear that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the revision petition.
