ORDER
Though this Revision Petition is only challenging the dismissal of an application filed in I.A.No.1 of 2025, seeking to implead the revision petitioner as a party in the final decree proceedings, admittedly, it is now brought to my notice that final decree has been passed on 17.08.2026 even prior to filing of the revision petition.
2. In any event, it is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner despite being entitled to a definite share in the property has been left out behind her back the preliminary decree as well as now the final decree have been obtained.
3. In view of the recent pronouncement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Geeta Bai & Ors V. K.Arjun Singh & Ors [Civil Appeal arising out of SLP (Civil) No.(s) 20008-20010 of 2026], it is open to such aggrieved party to approach the very same court to recall the order. Giving such liberty to the petitioner, C.R.P. is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 01-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No KAS
