ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been obtained stay order in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in AS.No.25 of 2025 on the file of the Additional District Court, Sivagangai on 23.09.2026 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he has also produced the copy of order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in AS.No.25 of 2025.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
