J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 21.07.2024.
2. Since the sole appellant died and no steps have been taken to bring his legal representatives on record within the statutory period of 90 days, the appeal stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
