O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in representing the Rev.Appl.SR.No.53512 of 2018 filed against the order dated 23.10.2017 made in W.A.No.85 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, during the pendency of the Review Application, the respondents had already paid the deficit stamp duty, pursuant to the orders of the second appellant and obtained the document. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellant also accepted the same.

3. In view of the above development, the relief sought in the Review Application itself has become infructuous. As a consequence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, and connected Review Application is closed at the S.R.stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs. (P.V.,J.)
