ORDER
The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to dispose of the objection made by the petitioners on 07.04.2022 against the regular panel for the year 2017-18 issued vide G.O.(2D) No.18, Health and Family Welfare (M1) Department, dated 24.03.2022, by adopting the roster points of the initial selection list prepared by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission without containing any mechanism and proceeding further in the matter of promotion of Junior Analyst to the post of Senior Analyst instead of

merit, i.e., the marks they scored in such selection by TNPSC for such appointment to the category of Junior Analyst and in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, after filing the writ petition, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has been complied with. The learned Standing Counsel for TNPSC would also submit that they have revised the petitioner's seniority vide proceedings dated 07.07.2023.
