No. 451 / A1 / 2015 dated 20.09.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to step up the pay of the petitioner on par with her Junior by restoring the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka No. 451/ A1 / 2016 dated 04.12.2015 as per the law laid down by this Honble Court in W.P. (MD) 742 of 2018 and W.A. Nos 78 of 2021 and W.A. 178 of 2021.

Ms.N.Uma Maheswari, learned representing counsel for Ms.Dakshayani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. She also circulated a letter dated 29.09.2026 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission to withdraw the case.
