ORDER
This writ petition has been filed calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 20.03.2021
in
Letter No.003324/103/Ni.Pi.3/Oo.2/Ko.Thani/2021 passed by the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse 50% share of the terminal benefits of the deceased S. Kanna to the petitioner.
2. This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2026, directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre, Coimbatore. Before the Mediation Centre, the parties have entered into a settlement by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 17.09.2026. Therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the
