ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the eligible increments due to her were not granted as per the recommendations of the Pay Commission submitted a representation and the same was accepted by the second respondent and necessary proposal was also sent to the Office of the Accountant General. However, the Office of the Accountant General returned the papers for making necessary entries in the Service Register. Since there has been some delay in considering the request of the petitioner, she has approached this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that if the necessary entries are made in the Service Register and the papers are resubmitted, the relief sought by the petitioner would be sanctioned within a period of one month.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions submits that the necessary entries have been made in the service register and it has been re-submitted to the 1st respondent. __________
