ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo dated 11.06.2026 stating that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties. She seeks leave to withdraw this appeal.
2. In view of the same, this appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the matter has been settled out of Court, Registry is directed to issue certificate for refund of fee to the appellant.
