JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The insurer is on appeal. The matter was referred to the lokadalat. It was settled on 11.09.2026. The copy of the award of the lokadalat has been placed before us. This appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said award. Since the court fee had been paid by the appellant, the Registrar shall issue a certificate as expeditiously as possible, so that, the appellant insurer can get back the refund of the entire court fee paid in this appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous appeal is closed. (G.R.S.,J.)
