ORDER
This Contempt Petition arises out of the Interim Order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.27078 of 2021 in W.P.No.25647 of 2021.
2. There is no representation for the Petitioner.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the Deputy Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited, Tiruppur Zone has issued the Proceedings bearing Pa.No.1/D7/839/Legal/TNSTC/EM/2018 dated 26.09.2026, stating that pursuant to the Interim Order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.27078 of 2021 in W.P.No.25647 of 2021, the Order dated 29.04.2026 issued by the Respondent reducing the Petitioner’s basic pay by one stage, has been withdrawn and final orders would be passed after the disposal of W.P.No.25647 of 2021.
3.1. Learned Standing Counsel would also submit that the said proceedings has been served on the Petitioner. By submitting as above, the learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.

4. The copy of the aforesaid proceedings as produced by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent is taken on record.
5. Since this Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging that the Order dated 29.04.2026 passed by the Respondent is in violation of the Interim Order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.27078 of 2021 in W.P.No.25647 of 2021 and since, the Respondent by Proceedings dated 26.09.2026 having withdrawn the Order dated 29.04.2026, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further with the present Contempt Petition.
