ORDER
The parties have reached a settlement before the District Mediation Centre and a settlement agreement dated 16.09.2026, is also presented before me for approval. The parties and respective learned counsel as well as the Mediator, at District Mediation Centre, Tiruvarur, have signed the said settlement agreement.
2. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, recording the terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.09.2026. The settlement agreement dated 16.09.2026, shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
