ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that originally the order of delivery was passed by the Principal District Judge Kanyakumari at Nagar Koil in EP.No.155 of 2020 in ACP.TE.No.25 of 2019. Against which, the present civil revision petition is filed. Subsequently, the above EP was transferred to the file of the I Additional District Court, Kuzhithurai, and renumbered as EP.No.17 of 2023. The said EP was dismissed for default on 21.06.2024. Against which, E.A.No.1 of 2024 was filed by the respondent to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.06.2024 and the same was also dismissed on 07.01.2026.

2. Since the petitioner has challenged the order of delivery by filing the revision petition and the said order is no longer in existence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RM __________
