ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that RCOP.No.7 of 2018 was disposed of on 17.08.2023 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he has also produced the copy of order passed in RCOP.No.7 of 20185.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs.
