CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 1 O.A./525/2026 (ERNAKULAM) [ RECOVERY ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 22/10/2026 BINOY V S Vs AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy For Respondent(s) Advocate : Ms. K.V. Bhadrakumari Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Heard Sri. Kailesh T. Gopi, learned Counsel for the applicant. Admit. Smt. K.V. Bhadrakumari, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and seeks time for getting instructions. It is patent that pay of the applicant initially fixed from 20.12.2014 onwards has been abruptly reduced, as seen in Annexure A1. Annexure A1 is also under challenge. That means, he is getting reduced pay in terms of Annexure A1 from April, 2026 onwards. It is made clear that such a reduction will be subject to the result of the Original Application. Turning to the question of recovery of Rs. 1,37,210/-, learned Standing Counsel has sought time for getting instruction. However, since it is the accumulated amount from 2014 onwards, applicant being a Group 'C' employee, recovery proposed as per Annexures A2 and A3 shall be kept in abeyance till the next date of posting. Adjourned to 25.11.2026. JUSTICE K HARIPAL MEMBER (J) Vishal ( steno 'c' )
