ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief to consider the petitioners’ representation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are entitled to revision of pension in accordance with the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in EPFO Vs. Sunil Kumar, reported in 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1521, dated 04.11.2022. It is also the contention of the petitioners that a representation has already been submitted. However, since the said representation was submitted long back, the petitioners seek permission of this Court to submit a fresh representation to the respondents for consideration.
3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the petitioners’ representation would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioners are permitted to submit a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
