CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 34 O.A./521/2026 (ERNAKULAM) [ EVICTION OF QUARTERS ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 16/10/2026 ANAND SINGH Vs MES EIA For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. M.R. Hariraj, Sr., Mr. Deepu Thankan For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. M.N. Manmadan, SCGSC Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Admit. Mr. M.N. Manmadan, learned SCGSC takes notice for the respondents and opposed granting of interim relief. Mr. M.R. Hariraj, learned Senior Counsel invited our attention to series of representations submitted by the applicant, specifically Annexures A14 and A19. Having regard to the facts mentioned therein and order passed thereon, which is Annexure A30, we feel that it does not fully disclose a proper application of mind. Hence we are inclined to stay the operation of Annexure A31 by which the recovery was ordered till the next date of posting. Post on 20.11.2026 for objection to the interim relief and for reply statement. V RAMA MATHEW MEMBER (A) JUSTICE SUNIL THOMAS MEMBER (J) Vishal ( steno 'c' )
