CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 1 O.A./523/2026 (ERNAKULAM) [ TRANSFER ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 16/10/2026 SHEELA S Vs EXTERNAL AFFAIRS For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy, Mr. Kailesh T. Gopi For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. M.N. Manmadan, SCGSC Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Admit. Mr. M.N. Manmadan, learned SCGSC takes notice for the respondents and opposed granting of any interim relief. The learned Counsel for the applicant assailed Annexure A-3 order on the ground that the representation submitted by the applicant has not been properly considered. It was also contended that the transfer order is in violation of clause 7 and clause 11(i), 11(iii) and 11(v) of Annexure A-6 and also contrary to clause 2(I)(a) and (g) of Annexure A-7. Having regard to this, I am inclined to stay the operation of Annexures A-1 and A-2 in so far as it relates to the applicant, till the next date of hearing. List on 10.11.2026, for filing reply statement. JUSTICE SUNIL THOMAS MEMBER (J) A X ( steno 'c' )
