The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount have been received, separate heads have not been shown. However, our attention has been drawn to a letter of authority dated 20.07.2026, wherein the VII CPC pay level and the pension amount payable have been shown separately under different heads. This will satisfy the grievance of the petitioner. However, on the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to grant two weeks time to verify and make submissions.
