M.A/987/2026 : Today when taken up, learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that on the basis of Annexure A12, the applicant has remitted an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs and stands relieved from the post of Mess Helper on 14.10.2026. According to him, the sum was remitted in compelling circumstances, subject to the result of the Original Application. Now the applicant wants to amend the O.A for meeting subsequent developments and also incorporating additional contentions and reliefs. Heard both sides. M.A for amendment is allowed. Carry out the amendment and file the amended O.A within 10 days. It is made clear that the amount remitted shall be subject to the result of the O.A.
