O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by G.Jayachandran J.) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider and decide the appeal pending before the District Collector under Section 80-A of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act and the revision petition before the Government under Section 80-A of the said Act.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that pending disposal of the revision before the Government and the 3rd respondent is protected by an order of stay. However, the revisional authority has fixed 15.10.2026 as the date for final hearing and the revision petition will be disposed of preferably on the said date.
