ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) A Writ of Mandamus has been instituted seeking directions to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 17.08.2026.

WP No. 38533 of 2026

2. Perusal of the representation dated 17.08.2026 would show that the excess amount sought to be recovered from the petitioner was already paid and the petitioner appears to be seeking for a No Objection Certificate. If there is any action pending against the petitioner, the petitioner may not be entitled for No Objection Certificate. However, if there is no other impediment and no actions pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to get all his terminal and pensionary benefits. Thus, the respondents shall verify the service records and actions pending, if any, and initiate all appropriate actions.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.) (K.G.R.,J.) 30-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No SLI To
