(common order) Today when taken up, learned Standing Counsel has expressed his inability to produce the Scheme of 1987 as directed on 16.01.2026 and 11.02.2026. Such a scheme has clear bearing in the proper adjudication of the case. Since it is not produced, hearing of the case is unduly prolonged. We find that learned Standing Counsel is unable to produce the same as the respondents are not supplying necessary inputs. If the scheme is not produced on the next date of posting, the 3rd respondent shall remain present before the Tribunal, for the time being, online on 28.10.2026. Call on 28.10.2026, as part heard.
