CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 27 O.A./409/2025 (ERNAKULAM) [ FAMILY PENSION ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 12 Order Dated: 13/10/2026 MANIYAMMA Vs NORTHERN RAILWAY For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Anil Prasad, ACGSC, Ms. Bindumol Joseph, Ms. C.P. Gopika Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal It is submitted by the learned ACGSC that essentially two issues arose regarding the implementation. One was regarding the difference in name of the person concerned, as shown in the PAN card and Aadhar Card. Regarding it, one and the same certificate is produced by the applicant herein. Secondly, regarding the name in Aadhar card and PAN card. It is submitted by the learned ACGSC that the date of birth does not tally with each other. We are inclined to direct that if the entry in any of the PAN card or Aadhar card tally with the record available with the Railways, that date shall be relied on and process accordingly.
