4. The respondent police are directed to dispose of the case at the earliest, before the event dates, i.e., 03.10.2026 and 04.10.2026 scheduled to be held from 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., which enable the petitioner to proceed further to conduct the Open Kabaddi Tournament.
