When the matter was taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed before us a counsel statement enclosing Annexure R-3(a) office order dated 30.09.2026. It was submitted by the learned Counsel that pursuant to the submission made by the learned ASG recorded on 23.06.2026, the issue of the applicant was considered and transfer order to Minicoy was cancelled and by Annexure R-3(a) order, the applicant was re-deployed to VDP, Kavaratti. To that extent, the grievance of the applicant stands redressed, is the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Lakshadweep Administration. In the light of the order of transfer, the interim order will not continue any further. However, the learned Counsel for the applicant proposes to verify and make submission. List on 11.11.2026.
