O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. The representation had already been considered and rejected by the competent authority. Despite being aware of the rejection order, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus, thereby abusing the process of law and wasting the valuable time of the Court and all concerned.

2. Realizing the mistake, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 30-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No psm
