2. Mr. D. Rajaboopathy, learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side), takes notice for the 1st and 2nd respondents.
3. This petition is filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 21.07.2026.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry.
5. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to enquire the matter and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from today.
