ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5. Considering the relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 6 to 14 is dispensed with.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the names of the private respondents got entered in the revenue records during UDR. He would contend that the petition mentioned survey number has been classified as water body. If at all, there was any UDR error, it can very well be corrected by the second respondent. We grant four months time to the petitioner to lodge a revision petition before the second respondent. If, within the aforesaid time, the said revision petition is filed, the second respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after putting all the necessary parties on notice. We clarify that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to take a call one way or the other.
