ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the
CONT P No. 2854 of 2026
respondents for wilful non compliance of order dated 03.06.2025 in W.P.No. 17063 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner’s representation has already been considered vide order dated 28.08.2026.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that such order is erroneous.
4. Further, in the present Contempt Petition, this Court cannot go into the veracity of the order, since the order was only to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, which the respondent has done on 28.08.2026, hence, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
