ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite and complete the investigation in Crime No. RC 229 2024 A 0005 and file a final report before the Learned II Additional Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed through online on 30.12.2025 before the Learned II Additional Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai. However, upon inspection, it was submitted that the case has not yet been taken on file for the reason that the sanction for prosecution has not been filed along with the final report. It is submitted that the since the sanction order was received in the Hindi language, when it was presented, the Court directed the prosecution to submit an English translation of the sanction order. That process is currently pending with the concerned department. The learned Special Public Prosecutor assured that as soon as the sanction for

prosecution is obtained along with its English translation, the same will be filed before the competent Court.
3. Recording the above submissions, the respondent is directed to obtain the translated English version of the sanction for prosecution and file it before the Court within a period of one (1) month from today.
