ORDER
This revision has been instituted as against the order dated 12.02.2026 made in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in C.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision case. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
