ORDER
Considering the fact that the tenant has already lost possession through Court process and the respondents-landlords are also willing to give up the entire claim of arrears, the learned counsel for the petitioner was called upon to get instructions from the petitioner as to whether a quietus can be given to the revision petition, recording the factum of possession being taken and the alleged arrears due and payable by the petitioner also being given up in full quits.
CRP No. 4637 of 2026
2. Today, the petitioner is present in person and he has no objection for recording the factum of delivery being recorded, provided the landlords do not claim any arrears of rent from the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents would fairly state that the landlords are agreeable to give up the entire arrears, in view of the fact that possession has already been taken by the tenant.
4. Recording the said statement of the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29-09-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No ATA
