ORDER
Though the petitioner is ready and has also given an offer of concession to the tune of Rs.4 lakhs and agreeing to receive Rs.30 lakhs in full quit, subject to the said amount being paid immediately, there is no representation on the side of the respondent.
2. In view of the above, Mr.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is no purpose in delaying the matter further and especially, since the execution petition is pending and it is at the stage of bringing the property for sale.
3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executing Court to conclude the auction sale and ensure that the award amount of Rs.34,91,777/- is satisfied and the execution proceedings are terminated on or before 30.11.2026.
