ORDER

Today, the petitioner has filed an Affidavit of Undertaking to vacate the rented premises on or before 15.05.2027.

2. This Court, on earlier occasion, directed the petitioner to file an affidavit of undertaken that the petitioner would vacate the premises by 31.03.2027. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant Mr.Senthilkumar, requests that time may be granted till 15.05.2027, since the petitioner is running a stationary shop near a school and hence, his business would peak only around that time.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent also graciously conceded to the said request of the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays the monthly rent promptly, without any default and hand over vacant possession of the tenant premises as undertaken, by 15.05.2027, without driving the respondent/ landlord to forcible execution proceedings. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall not sublet the premises to any third parties and shall peacefully handover vacate possession as undertaken, by 15.05.2027.

4. Recording the affidavit of undertaking, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that there shall be no mutual claims and the issues of
