COMMON JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.) Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the main Original Petition itself has been disposed of and hence these appeals arising out of the common order dated 16.09.2022 passed in the Applications may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent nothing survives in these Original Side Appeals for adjudication and the same are dismissed as infructuous.
