ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief to consider the petitioner ‘s representation dated 29.02.2024 addressed to the first respondent.
2. Mrs. V. Sudha, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3, would, in all fairness, submit that they will consider the petitioner’s representation within a reasonable time.
3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 29.02.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
