ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a relief of mandamus, requesting the respondents to constitute a Local Compliance Committee, through his representation dated 18.06.2024.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 would submit that they have already constituted a POSH Committee, namely, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Cell / Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), vide their proceedings dated 11.07.2024 in Ref. No. SIMATS/1190-1/POSH/A5/2024.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents further submits that such committee has also taken cognizance of the complaint and passed appropriate orders.
