ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed requesting the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.10.2024. The submission of the

petitioner is that she has got certain medical ailment and, therefore, she may be posted either at Annamalai University, Chidamparam or in a nearby college.
2. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respective respondents would submit that, on the very same ground, the petitioner had given a representation on 08.05.2023, based on which an order was passed by this Court directing the respondent to consider the said representation in W.P.No.15826 of 2023. The respondent authority has rejected the said representation vide order dated 08.10.2024. When such order has not been challenged, the question of considering the second representation on the very same ground does not arise.
3. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.
4. Though the prayer sought for is only for the limited relief of considering the representation, having considered the facts narrated above, and it being an admitted fact that a similar representation has already been considered and rejected on 08.10.2024, the filing of the present writ petition without challenging the said order is not appreciable.
