ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to sanction interest upon the delayed payment, based upon the representation dated 18.09.2024.
2. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that they would consider the petitioner’s representation within a reasonable time.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 18.09.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
