ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for either side and perused the materials available on record. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
