This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23691 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and he also produced the copy of the proceedings dated 23.02.2026 to that effect.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition stands closed.
